Protection of marchers and coaches

Your marchers have a right to be safe from harm and abuse. For this to happen, your club or sports organisation must have procedures in place to ensure that they are protected and any concerns about their welfare can be reported to the necessary authorities.

There are a number of rules you need to be aware of to keep not only your marchers safe, but also yourself safe. This is particularly the case when working with children and young people.
